Done the purchase what happens?

If you purchased VOIP, within 12/24 hours, after checking your payment, you will receive the details to download the APP to install on your Smartphone or Tablet. You will receive an SMS with the details of your access to the APP and the free fixed phone number that is provided to you, and start making and receiving calls.

You will receive an email with how to configure the VOIP and SIM Data.

If you have purchased the SIM Data & VOIP it all happens as shown in the previous rows.

Do I have monthly fixed costs?

There are no fixed monthly or subscription fees.

There are no fixed fixed rate charges that you have been assigned for free.

Do I have fixed costs on new additional numbers that I requested?

The first fixed number you have been assigned does not have fixed costs.

You have monthly fixed costs on the additional fixed number numbers you have requested. This fixed cost depends on the period and the country you are requesting.

What can I do with the SIM Data?

The BLIVALE data SIM is in 4G technology.

You can connect to unlimited internet (with the exception of the data consumed), so you can browse, receive and send emails, link to your favorite Social Network like Facebookm Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram. You can access Whatsapp, Telegram, Snapchat, Skype, and more.

You can download and upload images, files, update your Social Network profiles.

If your Smartphone / Tablet allows you to connect other devices to Tethering, then even your PC, and use them for work, entertainment, and more.

Are VOIP calls encrypted?

The calls you make and receive on the VOIP number are encrypted!

At this time no call log APP installed on your mobile device can be used to record calls because it does not affect anything and nussun files are created.

Do I receive a purchase or invoice document?

At each purchase, whether you are Consumer or Business, you receive the purchase receipt, payment receipt, and invoice.

If a friend, acquaintance, colleague, or relative calls me on the VOIP number how much does he pay?

The user who calls you on the VOIP number with a fixed or mobile line will pay the foreseen tariff of its charging or subscription tariff plan.

For example, You are in a foreign country and declare from your country and your VOIP number is from the same country from where you receive the call, the User calling you pays according to its tariff. If he has minutes included in his plan, minutes will be consumed / scaled; If it has unlimited minutes, no minute will be consumed.

How Many Fixed Phone Numbers Can I Get?

In addition to your fixed number that is provided free of charge to you for the first time, you can request, with payment, other fixed numbers belonging to both your country and other countries.

If I stay without credit for minutes?

Before you finish the Minute Credit you will receive an SMS message informing you of the remaining minutes.

You can recharge your VOIP minutes credit by connecting to this BLIVALE Web, log in with your credentials and purchase the amount of minutes you can serve for the next six months. Or you can link to the link you receive in the received SMS and sign up with APP credentials.

If I stay without data?

Before you finish the data in your SIM Data, you will receive an SMS message informing you of the amount of MB still present in the SIM.

You can recharge your SIM DATA data credit by linking to this BLIVALE Web, sign up with your credentials and purchase the amount of GB that can serve you for the next six months. Or you can link to the link you receive in the received SMS and sign up with APP credentials.

Does VOIP need to be recharged every month for it to remain active?

The VOIP remains active 6 months after the last charge has been made.

No charge is charged each month.

Minutes consumed remain in place for 6 months after recharging.

Do I need to charge my SIM card every month?

The SIM Data remains active 6 months after the last charge has been made.

No charge is charged each month.

The unused data remains in place for 6 months after the last recharge.

Can I make free calls?

With VOIP you can make free calls if the user you call (or call you) uses the same APP of BLIVALE.

My country is not in the 60 countries Free Roaming, can I buy the SIM Data?

Sim Data can be purchased anywhere in the country.

Free Roamin, currently, is provided in the 60 listed countries.

However, you can ask for a competitive quote to have a SIM Data that also works in your country over 60 countries in Free Roaming. In this case fill out the Form on this page.

How can I pay?

At this time, the only payment method that is offered to our Customers during Checkout is through PayPal, then by Credit Card or Debt.

It is not obligatory to subscribe to PayPal.

The data you provide to PayPal on your credit or debit card are not provided to BLIVALE. BLIVALE receives only one payment.

Is there a Costumare Care for requesting information?

Yes, there is a Customer Care answering phone and you can write directly to Customer Care from Tickets (you must be Customer). You will receive a response within 24/48 hours.
