Information on the Right of Withdrawal and Refund

Pursuant to current European regulations (EU Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date the contract was concluded or the product was received.

• For eSIMs (Digital Profiles): The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days if and only if the profile has not yet been scanned, installed, or activated. An exception applies to eSIMs that include a phone number and voice minutes: for this type of product, the provisioning and allocation of the telephone line and number occur immediately upon purchase at the consumer's explicit request, implying the immediate start of the service and the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal, even if the eSIM has not yet been scanned on the device.
• For Physical SIM Cards: If your request concerns a physical SIM card, the direct costs for returning and shipping the goods back to our premises remain entirely your responsibility, as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Confirmation Receipt: Upon submitting this form, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your request on a durable medium. Your request will then be processed by our administrative department following a technical verification of the status of the profile or goods.
